Return & Exchange Policy

1. Returns

At Charming Choices, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item, you may return it within 7 days of purchase or delivery, provided the item is in its original condition and packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Used kitchenware or containers
• Opened electronics or items without original seals
• Personalized or customized gifts

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us on WhatsApp (+1 868-467-8700) immediately with a photo of the defect.

4. Refunds

Refunds are processed via Bank Transfer or Store Credit. Please allow 3-5 business days for bank transfers to be completed after the return is accepted.

5. Store Pickup Returns

Items purchased via Store Pickup must be returned to our Chaguanas location for inspection.
